Before your first visit
A short list of what to do. We never ask for your health history in a message or a contact form.
Pick a time
Use our booking page or the contact form, or call. Tell us how many people are coming.
Fill in your history
Use our private patient portal. It is the only place we ask about your health.
Open the patient portalBring what you have
A photo ID, your plan card if you have one, and any X-rays or a note from your dentist.
For a child
A parent or guardian comes to every visit and stays in the room.
What happens at the first visit
The orthodontist starts by listening.
You are asked what you want to change and what worries you. The doctor looks at your teeth, bite and jaws, takes X-rays or a scan only if they are needed, and tells you what they see. You hear the options, including waiting, what each involves and how it is billed. You can ask for the estimate in writing.

About 45 minutes
