What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email, phone number and preferences you type, and the message you write. We use them to reply to you and to schedule a visit.

What we do not collect

The contact form does not ask about your health, and we ask you not to put medical details in it. Health history is collected on our private patient portal, which is run by the practice's software provider under its own terms. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and has no analytics, pixels or session recording.

Who sees it

Messages go to the practice's staff. We share them with others only as the law allows, such as a software provider that hosts our forms. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

Call either office or write to the email address in the footer, and we will answer.
